Driftwood Construction Course

Part One: Driftwood Collection In Coastal Wales

This part of the course runs from 11.30 a.m. until 5.30p.m. on your chosen date and includes:

Overview of possibilities with wide range of examples
Outline sketching
Project planning
Basic techniques
Collection for first project

The driftwood collection courses take place on the nearest Sunday to the new moon. Approx 70 minutes drive from Bristol. If you are taking the train to Wales then we can collect you from the train station.

Part Two: Construction Of Driftwood Project In The Workshop

Once you have completed the Driftwood Collection in Coastal Wales you will be invited to enrol for Part Two of the course and undertake your chosen project. Part Two can be taken at the workshop; dates and costs to be discussed with your tutor.

Typical projects include a magazine rack, garden trug and hanging planter.
